Using an interactive approach, group coaching participants will find the "power up" abilities that make us more effective leaders: leveraging natural gifts, developing instinctive capacities, becoming conscious of blind spots and triggers, approaching conflict with self-awareness, and integrating qualities needed to reach the next level.
The group will meet once a month for five 90-minute sessions, beginning Wednesday, January 18, from 2-3:30 p.m. ET. The cost is $250. Add 4 individual coaching sessions for $375.
